Shipping Facts

Your fabric is cut and packaged within 48 hours of receiving your order, Monday to Friday.

We do offer Pickup!!
If you wan to pick up your order and Okotoks, Alberta is within your area use Code Pickup at checkout to give me the heads up and waive your shipping.

We ship within Canada, New Zealand and the United States. 

How we ship

Canada Post is our primarily shipping method, we offer a flat rate box through Canada Post. When checking out we offer you expedited options as well should you want to pay that fee. We are also offering UPS with the new Shopify shipping system - stay tuned for updates.

All subscriptions ship via Lettermail Canada Post, are untracked and deliver in Canada within one week of you receiving your notification email.

Lost/stolen or undelivered parcels

Unfortunately The Fabric Loft cannot assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will do my best to help you locate your package by providing all relevant shipment information.

Non delivered packages will not be reshipped or refunded.

Should your package come back to us due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will contact you via email to reship.  In most cases we can reship the order for $5-$15 untracked.

During large sales, such as cyber month, anything related to Christmas anything around super savings or we are offering a big discount: in the event that you pick a product that is no longer in stock or pre-sold out due to a miscounted inventory or a miss amount shipped by our wholesaler. You will be given a refund on your order and the remainder will be shipped .
